I grew up in Bergamo, in a family where hands knew how to create: my father with wood, my mother with needle and thread.
From them I learned that things done well require time, care, and intention.
And that beauty, true beauty, is born from simplicity and the courage to remain true to oneself.

TVL was born from here. From a suspended moment, when everything slows down.
From a quiet space where I can observe, touch, and imagine. From a profound need: to build something that truly speaks to me and to those who feel they want to walk the world at their own pace.

Before founding TVL , I worked for 13 years at a French brand known for denim.
Those were intense years, crucial to my development. They allowed me to understand every step, even the most hidden ones, that lie within and beyond a project. But at a certain point, I felt it wasn't enough. I wanted something that was entirely mine, without compromise.
So, in 2020, I created TVL | TheVerticaLine .

The vertical line that runs through each sneaker is much more than a graphic sign, it is the symbol of this credo: individuality.
It's a manifesto: essential, decisive, and defining. It doesn't divide, it defines.
It represents the courage to remain true to oneself, even when choosing to go against trends.

Each model is a gesture. A balance between past and present, between craftsmanship and research, between surprising materials and timeless shapes.
Because even sneakers, if thoughtfully designed, can become a symbol. A way of being in the world.

Walking with TVL means choosing with awareness, it means deciding that every step can leave a trace, that style is an act of coherence, even before aesthetics.

TVL is this:
An invitation to make space, to leave your mark. To walk, one step at a time, in your own direction, with respect, with presence. With verticality.
