Measure your bare foot. It's normal for your feet to be slightly different: always choose the larger one. If the measurement is between two sizes, choose the larger one. If you're unsure about which size to choose, don't hesitate to contact Veronica via WhatsApp; she'll be able to help you right away.
Place your foot on a sheet of paper with your heel against the wall and mark the point of the farthest toe, measuring the distance from the wall. Repeat the process for the other foot and compare the measurements with our chart.

The return request must be sent within 7 days of receiving the order, by email to: office@tvltheverticaline.com
After receiving confirmation from our customer service, the return must be shipped according to the methods and times provided to you.
